A bidbook is a project proposal with the aim of realising a project. In order to win the project, a bidbook must be convincing. A bidbook must respond to the wishes of the client. Therefore, a bidbook must be distinctive and give confidence that the realisation of the project is in good hands.

Partager Amsterdam 

For a development location around a metro station in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, area developer Synchroon developed the concept ‘Partager’. In other words, sharing is the new having. The core values ​​of the concept were reinforced with the logo and accompanying bid book.

Woudt Amsterdam 

Delflandplein is one of the development locations in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. The Woudt concept has been presented in an attractive way. Mul Projectontwikkeling and Hillen & Roosen won the development competition with this.
