Province of Noord-Holland | Seductive Useful Solid

Under the title ‘Seductive, usable, solid’ the Province of North Holland organised a public workshop on spatial quality. With this meeting a newspaper was published with among other things 20 photos by Theo Baart about the varied North Holland cultural landscape and the confrontation with infrastructure. This newspaper was published on the occasion of the farewell of Jandirk Hoekstra as provincial advisor on spatial quality.
