'Working together - Working on the restructuring of industrial estates'. Theo Baart photographed 35 industrial estates spread across the country for the then Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment. This ministry had started a programme under the name 'Beautiful Netherlands'. The aim was to promote innovation and thus improve the quality of the Dutch landscape. Many people are concerned about the 'clutter' of the landscape by residential areas, industrial estates and infrastructure.

The book marked the introduction of a large-scale restructuring programme. The photos are divided into a 'Swiss' binding method based on different types of restructuring. This choice of finish ensures that the book opens nicely. It certainly benefits the photography.
